O Coordenador de Desenvolvimento Humano é responsável por coordenar os processos de RH em sua regional, assegurando o cumprimento das diretrizes estratégicas conforme as políticas e procedimentos operacionais estabelecidos, visando o alcance eficiente dos resultados.Venha fazer parte desse time essencialmente FEITO DE GENTE!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtividades desse cargo:Implementar ações estratégicas para atração e retenção de talentos no Inec, garantindo alinhamento com os objetivos institucionais e atendendo às demandas específicas. Realizar diagnósticos detalhados de problemas e desenvolver planos de ação eficazes, aplicando uma análise profunda e crítica para solucionar questões relacionadas à atratividade, processos seletivos e experiência do candidato;Desenvolver parcerias estratégicas, estabelecendo conexões com diversas áreas e interfaces internas/externas que agreguem valor ao Inec, impulsionando a atração de talentos qualificados;Conduzir e participar ativamente em projetos de RH, contribuindo com a estratégia do Inec em relação à gestão de pessoas;Apoiar as lideranças e os colaboradores no desenvolvimento e engajamento do time;Atuar frente as demandas pontuais do Inec, e, direcionar, quando necessário, para resolução junto as áreas especialistas;Assegurar a correta implementação das estratégias de gente e gestão, garantindo que os processos e programas da área de DH sejam aplicados de forma eficaz;Coordenar os processos e rotinas de pessoal e gestão de benefícios;Fazer gestão dos programas de capacitação da sua área de atuação;Realizar tratamento de dados e elaboração de relatórios gerenciais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa, preferencialmente em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas afins.Conhecimentos necessários:Experiência nos Subsistemas de RH;Experiência em Gestão de Equipes;Pacote Office - Nível Intermediário (Word, Excel e Power Point);Disponibilidade para Viagens Intermunicipais.Valorizamos se você também:Possuir Pós-graduação ou MBA em Recursos Humanos.Informações adicionaisSalário Base: R$ 4.533,87;Gratificação por Porte de Mercado: será informado posteriormenteModelo de trabalho: PresencialHorário de Trabalho: Segunda a Sexta (08h às 17h);LOCAL: Escritório Regional Governador Valadares - MGBenefícios de trabalhar no INEC:Programa de desenvolvimento e capacitação;Plano médico e odontológico;Programa de saúde emocional;Previdência Privada;Auxílio Alimentação e Auxílio Cesta Básica: R$ 1.665,56;Wellhub;Reembolso Creche;Seguro de vida.DH SeleçãoE-mail: [email protected]ça sua inscrição e participe do nosso processo seletivo.#INECFEITODEGENTE
