Waar ga je aan de slag?

Bij Tragel, een betrokken en deskundige zorgorganisatie voor mensen met een beperking in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. Je werkt op diverse woon- en dagbestedingslocaties verspreid over de regio. Afhankelijk van jouw interesse en expertise kun je — altijd in overleg — ook werken met specialistische doelgroepen.

Je maakt deel uit van het Expertisecentrum van Tragel, waar je samenwerkt met een multidisciplinair team van bevlogen professionals, zoals:

  • Artsen voor Verstandelijk Gehandicapten
  • Medisch verpleegkundig specialisten
  • Gedragsdeskundigen
  • Verpleegkundigen
  • Logopedisten
  • Ergotherapeut
  • Bewegingsagogen

Samen bundelen we kennis en ervaring om cliënten zo goed mogelijk te ondersteunen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als fysiotherapeut bij Tragel zet jij jouw expertise breed in. Je adviseert over passende behandelingen op basis van verwijzingen van artsen of regiebehandelaren en gaat vervolgens actief samen met de cliënt aan de slag. Je werk is afwisselend en betekenisvol: van behandeling en begeleiding tot advies over hulpmiddelen en orthopedische voorzieningen.

Concreet houd jij je bezig met:

  • Uitvoeren van fysiotherapeutisch onderzoek
  • Behandelen en begeleiden van cliënten op maat, passend bij hun niveau
  • Adviseren van behandelaren, zorgverleners en externe samenwerkingspartners
  • Deelnemen aan multidisciplinaire overleggen en vakgerichte projecten
  • Onderhouden van contacten met verpleegkundig specialisten, orthopedisch instrumentmakers en leveranciers van hulpmiddelen
  • Creatief meedenken om behandelingen optimaal aan te laten sluiten bij de cliënt
  • Een afgeronde Bachelor Fysiotherapie of Master Kinesitherapie
  • Een geldige BIG-registratie, AGB-code en registratie in het Kwaliteitsregister Fysiotherapie
  • Een rijbewijs en eigen vervoer
  • Analytisch vermogen én een praktische instelling
  • Creativiteit, flexibiliteit en plezier in het werken met diverse doelgroepen
