Som stödassistent inom boendestöd får du möjlighet att skapa trygga relationer och hjälpa människor att hitta sina egna förmågor och resurser. Det är ett arbete där tålamod, engagemang och ett genuint intresse för människor kan göra stor skillnad. ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som stödassistent inom boendestöd arbetar du nära brukarna i deras vardag. Arbetet innebär att ge individuellt anpassat stöd i hemmet och i olika sociala sammanhang. Du stöttar bland annat med: Struktur i vardagen Social träning Praktiska sysslor i hemmet Kontakter med myndigheter och vårdinstanser Att stärka brukarnas delaktighet och självständighet

Arbetet är förlagt dag, kväll och var tredje helg. KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som har minst gymnasieutbildning inom vård och omsorg, gärna eftergymnasial utbildning inom psykiatri. Du har ett genuint intresse av att arbeta med människor. B-körkort och datorvana är krav för tjänsten. Det är meriterande om du har kunskap och erfarenhet av motiverande samtal (MI) och Ett självständigt liv (ESL) och tidigare har arbetat med målgruppen inom psykiatri, neuropsykiatri och samsjuklighet. För att passa i denna roll tror vi dessutom att du är: Flexibel: Du har lätt för att anpassa dig till olika individers behov och verksamhetens förutsättningar. Då du kommer att arbeta hos flera individer är det viktigt att du är flexibel i både bemötande och arbetssätt. Du behöver trivas med att jobba varierande tider. Självständig: Du tar ansvar för dina uppgifter samt har god förmåga att strukturera och prioritera ditt arbete. Samarbetsorienterad: Du arbetar bra med andra människor, är lyhörd samt kommunicerar och löser konflikter på ett konstruktivt sätt. Stabil: Du är lugn och trygg i dig själv och kan hantera stressande och utmanande situationer på ett stabilt och professionellt sätt. Du bidrar till trygghet genom ditt bemötande och kan behålla lugnet även när situationer blir krävande. Empatisk: Du är lyhörd för individernas behov och sinnesstämning utan att ta över individens känslor.

OM ARBETSPLATSEN Sektionen Stöd och omsorg ansvarar för verksamheter inom kommunen som riktar sig till individer med olika former av fysiska och psykiska funktionsnedsättningar. I vår sektion bedrivs boenden, boendestöd, daglig verksamhet, personlig assistans, ledsagning m.m. Stöd och omsorg tillhör Vård- och omsorgsförvaltningen.
