Om oss På Trana Care jobbar vi med flertalet olika vård- och stödverksamheter. Trana Care driver idag Skyddat boende, HVB, Psykologmottagning samt Specialistpsykiatri (Trana Psykiatri). Trana Psykiatri är en nystartad specialistpsykiatrisk mottagning där vi erbjuder specialiserad vård för vuxna. Vårt team präglas av ett nära samarbete mellan olika professioner, hög klinisk kompetens och ett stort engagemang för att ge våra patienter bästa möjliga vård. Ditt uppdrag Som psykolog hos oss blir du en viktig del av vårt psykiatriska team. Ditt arbete är varierat och fokuserar på specialiserad vård för vuxna patienter. Fokus ligger främst på neuropsykiatriska tillstånd (ADHD/ADD), fördjupade depressioner och bipolär sjukdom. Därutöver finns möjligheter till varierande uppdrag inom våra övriga verksamheter såsom uppdrag på primärvårdsnivå via Psykologmottagningen eller utredning och behandling via våra Stödverksamheter. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter på Trana Psykiatri innebär att: Genomföra neuropsykiatriska utredningar samt differentialdiagnostiska bedömningar. Bedriva evidensbaserad psykologisk behandling (individuellt eller i grupp) anpassad för målgruppen, där insatserna främst utgår från KBT. Utforma, följa upp och utvärdera behandlingsplaner i samråd med patienten och teamet. Samarbeta tätt i det tvärprofessionella teamet (läkare, sjuksköterskor). Dokumentera och administrera ditt arbete i journalsystemet Cambio Cosmic.

Vem är du? Vi söker dig som är trygg i din kliniska roll och har ett genuint intresse för specialistpsykiatri. Du har god förmåga att möta patienter även med komplex problematik på ett professionellt och empatiskt sätt. Eftersom vi arbetar teambaserat värdesätter vi din samarbetsförmåga högt, samtidigt som du kan planera och driva ditt arbete självständigt. Krav för tjänsten: Legitimerad psykolog (socialstyrelsens legitimation är ett krav). Erfarenhet av psykiatriskt utredningsarbete (särskilt ADHD/ADD) och behandling av vuxna. Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift.

Meriterande: Erfarenhet av arbete inom specialiserad vuxenpsykiatri. Erfarenhet av dokumentation i Cosmic. Utbildning i och erfarenhet av specifika utredningsinstrument (t.ex. WAIS-IV, DIVA-5) samt KBT-inriktad behandling för målgruppen.
