The posting

En tant que Second de Boulangerie et sous la responsabilité de notre Chef Boulanger, vos principales missions seront :

  • Prendre la relève lors de l’absence du Chef boulanger pour organiser la production quotidienne, garantir la qualité, gérer les stocks et minimiser les pertes
  • Former, encadrer, motiver et accompagner l’équipe boulangerie au quotidien pour créer un cadre de travail sain et stimulant
  • Participer à la production quotidienne dans le respect des fiches recettes et du planning de production.
  • Coordonner la production journalière, superviser les équipements, et aider le Chef boulanger à gérer les stocks et commandes.
  • Participer à la création de nouvelles recettes et à l’amélioration des produits existants.
  • Appliquer et veiller à l’application des normes HACCP au sein de l’équipe Boulangerie

Expérience :

  • Expérience dans un rôle d'assistance en boulangerie
  • Minimum 4 années d'expérience en tant que boulanger - dont une expérience significative en production - serait un plus.
