Inspection Coordination: Coordinate with local building officials, special inspectors, architects, and structural/MEP engineers to schedule and pass all required jurisdictional inspections.

Punch List & Closeout: Lead pre-punch list evaluations, drive trade accountability for punch list completion, and support final building commissioning and operational handover.

Communication & Documentation

Daily Field Reporting: Complete daily job logs documenting site headcounts, subcontractor progress, deliveries, site weather, delays, and critical incidents.

Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) Meetings: Partner closely with Project Managers to participate in progress meetings, clarify field issues, and address RFIs (Requests for Information).

Change Verification: Inspect and verify field work related to potential change orders prior to submission and authorization.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
