At LiquidStack, we are redefining how the world cools next-generation data centers and highperformance computing environments. As a Manufacturing Cell Facilitator, you will play a critical role in scaling the production of advanced liquid cooling systems that power AI, cloud, and missioncritical infrastructure.

This role is responsible for owning end-to-end performance of a manufacturing cell, driving results across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and team development (SQDC). You will lead daily operations while also building the processes, systems, and team capabilities required to support rapid growth and increasing global demand.

This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role where you will partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to ramp new products, optimize production, and enable scalable, world-class manufacturing operations.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• Builds confident, qualified operators through effective training and coaching. • Creates a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment. • Supports consistent production performance through standard work. • Partners with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to improve manufacturing processes. • Identifies and implements continuous improvement opportunities. • Models the behaviors that define the LiquidStack Way.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Cell Ownership

• Own performance of the manufacturing cell across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people metrics.

• Deliver against aggressive production targets while maintaining high standards for product quality and reliability.

• Drive real-time issue resolution to minimize downtime and ensure continuous flow of production.

• Monitor and improve key KPIs including first-pass yield, cycle time, throughput, and scrap.

• Lead, coach, and develop production associates in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

• Drive staffing, workforce planning, and cross-training to support production flexibility and growth.

Provide ongoing feedback, performance management, and skill development.

Production Scaling & New Product Introduction (NPI)

• Own manufacturing readiness and execution for new product introductions and production ramp-ups.

• Partner with Engineering to ensure design for manufacturability (DFM) and efficient product transitions.

• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks; implement line balancing and capacity expansion strategies.

• Build and standardize processes to support repeatable, scalable production.

• Own product quality within the manufacturing cell, ensuring compliance with internal standards and customer expectations.

• Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate defects and improve reliability.

• Implement process controls, visual standards, and mistake-proofing (poka-yoke).

• Support audits and ensure traceability for complex electromechanical assemblies.

Data-Driven Continuous Improvement

• Leverage production data, dashboards, and KPIs to drive decision-making and performance improvements.

• Lead kaizen events and structured problem-solving initiatives (A3, 5 Whys, Fishbone).

• Apply lean tools including 5S, standardized work, and visual management.

• Deliver measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency, and cost.

• Partner with Manufacturing Engineering to implement automation, tooling enhancements, and test systems.

• Support process validation, capability studies, and continuous process optimization.

• Act as a key interface between Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3–7+ years of experience in manufacturing, ideally in electromechanical or thermal/mechanical systems.

• 1–3+ years of leadership experience in a production environment.

• Strong experience with lean manufacturing and structured problem-solving methodologies.

• Proven ability to manage KPIs and drive operational performance.

• Experience supporting production ramp-ups in a fast-growth environment.

• Accuracy and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data center infrastructure, thermal systems, HVAC, or fluid-based systems.

• Familiarity with ERP/MRP and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

• Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).

• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
