Job Description

Sobre la posición

  • Gestionar la emisión de pólizas, suplementos, duplicados y otras gestiones administrativas vinculadas al negocio asegurador.
  • Atender y resolver consultas e incidencias de la red comercial, proporcionando un soporte especializado, cercano y orientado a facilitar su actividad diaria.
  • Analizar y canalizar las solicitudes recibidas, asegurando una gestión ágil, rigurosa y dentro de los plazos establecidos.
  • Coordinarse con diferentes áreas de la compañía para dar respuesta a las necesidades comerciales y operativas de mediadores, agentes y equipos comerciales.
  • Garantizar la calidad en la gestión y el tratamiento adecuado de la información, especialmente cuando se trate de documentación o información sensible.

Sobre ti

  • Experiencia en atención al cliente, soporte comercial o gestión administrativa.
  • Conocimiento del sector asegurador, valorándose especialmente experiencia en Salud, Vida Riesgo y Ahorro.
  • Formación Profesional de Grado Medio, preferiblemente en Administración.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office y facilidad para trabajar con diferentes herramientas de gestión.
  • Capacidad de organización, resolución y atención al detalle.
  • Orientación al cliente, proactividad y buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
