O Motorista Truck é responsável por conduzir veículos do tipo truck e/ou toco no transporte rodoviário de cargas, realizando viagens e entregas conforme programação operacional, com foco em segurança, cumprimento de prazos, preservação do patrimônio da empresa e atendimento à legislação vigente. Atua na conferência das condições do veículo, acompanhamento da carga, cumprimento dos procedimentos de viagem, preenchimento de documentos e comunicação com a operação durante o trajeto, contribuindo para a eficiência e continuidade das operações da Transbahia.

Buscamos um profissional responsável, comprometido e com forte senso de segurança, que atue com excelência na condução de veículos de carga, garantindo o transporte com qualidade, pontualidade e total conformidade com as normas de trânsito, segurança e procedimentos internos da empresa. Espera-se postura cuidadosa com o veículo, atenção à documentação da viagem, zelo pela integridade da carga e disponibilidade para atender às demandas operacionais da Transbahia com disciplina, prudência e profissionalismo.

Requisitos

  • Ensino fundamental completo;
  • CNH categoria D ou E, conforme necessidade da operação;
  • Experiência comprovada como motorista de veículo de carga;
  • Vivência com condução de veículo truck e/ou toco;
  • Curso MOPP atualizado;
  • Conhecimento de legislação de trânsito e regras aplicáveis à jornada do motorista;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens, coletas e entregas conforme demanda operacional;
  • Desejável experiência em transportadora.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com transporte de produtos perigosos;
  • Vivência em operação rodoviária, coletas, transferências e entregas;
  • Conhecimento em checklist, controle de jornada e procedimentos de segurança no transporte;
  • Histórico de condução segura e responsável.

Atividades:

  • Conduzir veículo truck e/ou toco no transporte rodoviário de cargas, conforme programação de viagens da empresa;
  • Realizar viagens, coletas e entregas respeitando as normas de trânsito, legislação aplicável ao transporte rodoviário e procedimentos internos da Transbahia;
  • Efetuar checklist do veículo antes do início da jornada ou viagem, verificando condições de funcionamento, segurança e conservação;
  • Conferir documentação do veículo, da carga e da viagem antes da saída;
  • Acompanhar carregamento, descarregamento e acondicionamento da carga, quando aplicável, garantindo conformidade com os procedimentos da operação;
  • Zelar pela integridade da carga transportada, do veículo e dos equipamentos sob sua responsabilidade;
  • Comunicar à operação qualquer intercorrência durante a rota ou viagem, como atrasos, desvios, ocorrências mecânicas, acidentes ou problemas operacionais;
  • Cumprir rotas, horários e orientações operacionais definidas pela empresa;
  • Realizar apontamentos, registros e controles relacionados à jornada, abastecimento, despesas, entregas e ocorrências, conforme procedimento interno;
  • Respeitar os limites de jornada, descanso e demais exigências da Lei do Motorista e da legislação trabalhista vigente;
  • Apoiar na identificação de necessidades de manutenção, informando falhas, avarias ou irregularidades observadas no veículo;
  • Manter o veículo limpo, organizado e em boas condições de uso;
  • Utilizar corretamente os EPIs e cumprir as normas de segurança, qualidade, saúde e meio ambiente;
  • Atuar de forma preventiva, segura e responsável no transporte de cargas, especialmente nas operações que envolvam produtos controlados e/ou perigosos, quando aplicável.
