W Transbit projektujemy i rozwijamy zaawansowane systemy teleinformatyczne wykorzystywane przez Siły Zbrojne RP.

Poszukujemy osoby, która będzie koordynować realizację projektów badawczo-rozwojowych, łącząc kompetencje organizacyjne z technicznym spojrzeniem na nowoczesne technologie.

Opis stanowiska :

  • Zarządzanie projektem modernizacji, dostaw i wdrożenia urządzeń systemu teleinformatycznego (w tym planowanie harmonogramów, monitorowanie realizacji oraz zarządzanie ryzykiem projektowym)
  • Nadzór nad dokumentacją techniczną oraz jej spójnością merytoryczną
  • Współpraca z wewnętrznymi działami odpowiedzialnymi za modyfikacje, produkcję i implementację urządzeń u odbiorcy
  • Odpowiedzialność za realizację projektu, monitorowanie postępu prac, identyfikowanie ryzyka oraz podejmowanie działań korygujących
  • Reprezentowanie firmy podczas spotkań projektowych, przeglądów i odbiorów oraz w kontaktach z klientem
  • Raportowanie statusu projektu
  • Budowanie i utrzymywanie dobrych relacji z partnerem biznesowym oraz wewnętrznymi zespołami

Wymagania :

  • Obywatelstwo polskie (warunek konieczny)
  • Wykształcenie wyższe, preferowane kierunki: telekomunikacja, elektronika, informatyka lub pokrewne
  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w samodzielnym prowadzeniu projektów technicznych lub teleinformatycznych
  • Umiejętność koordynowania działań zespołu i skutecznej współpracy z osobami o różnych kompetencjach
  • Wysoko rozwinięte zdolności komunikacyjne i interpersonalne
  • Dobra organizacja pracy, skuteczne ustalanie priorytetów i konsekwencja w realizacji powierzonych zadań
  • Umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów i działania w sytuacjach wymagających szybkiej reakcji
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego
  • Prawo jazdy kat. B
  • Gotowość do wyjazdów służbowych
  • Poświadczenie Bezpieczeństwa osobowego do klauzuli "Tajne" lub gotowość do poddania się procedurze uzyskania

  • Doświadczenie we współpracy z klientami instytucjonalnymi lub sektora obronnego
