【岗位职责】 1. 负责工业机器人智能应用相关的2D/3D视觉算法的研究、设计与实现； 2. 负责基于深度学习的3D点云算法开发，如目标检测、实例分割等。

【岗位要求】 1. 应届硕士以上 或 本科+4年相关工作经验； 2. 扎实的编程功底，熟练掌握python/C++/C#中的至少两门语言，精通其中至少一门； 3. 线性代数和概率论基础扎实，具有优秀的数学直觉，能独立对实际问题进行数学建模； 4. 扎实的机器视觉基础，熟悉经典的图像处理算法，了解经典的3D数据(包括但不限于点云，Mesh格式)处理算法； 5. 应用数学，计算机，电子，自动化及其相关专业，计算机基础知识(数据结构、常用算法、多线程编程、网络编程等)扎实； 6. 优秀的英文文档阅读能力，较强的文档撰写能力，对技术充满热情。

【加分项】 1. 有算法竞赛获奖经验（ACM，OI）； 2. 有视觉算法项目经验（2D or 3D）； 3. 熟悉优化理论，掌握常见的非线性优化方法，熟悉使用Eigen、LAPACK、Ceres等基础库； 4. 了解多视角几何，对极几何等三维成像方向知识； 5. 有精密系统/精密成像系统设计或参与设计经验； 6. 具有机器学习的基础（包括经典算法和深度学习算法），熟练使用； 7. PyTorch/Tensorflow等框架，熟悉目标检测、实例分割等常用模型。
