GlobalLink Change Manager

We are seeking an experienced GlobalLink Change Manager for a 6-month engagement with one of our clients to support ongoing implementation, user onboarding, and adoption of GlobalLink Enterprise (GLE).

Engagement Details

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Commitment: 40 hours per week
  • Location: UK or US East Coast preferred
  • Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive user adoption and support the onboarding of business users.
  • Coordinate implementation activities between the client, technology provider, and implementation partner.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for GlobalLink Enterprise (GLE).
  • Develop user engagement strategies and help ensure a smooth transition to new processes.
  • Act as the key point of contact for GlobalLink-related queries, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with GlobalLink Enterprise (GLE).
  • Experience in change management, user onboarding, and technology adoption.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams and organizations.
