Descrição do Cargo

Estamos buscando um Auxiliar de Gerenciamento de Risco para integrar nossa equipe em nossa filial em Paulínia/SP. Este cargo é responsável por monitorar as operações de transporte, identificar e avaliar riscos, e implementar medidas preventivas para garantir a segurança e a eficiência. As responsabilidades diárias incluem análise de dados, comunicação com a equipe e clientes. Este é um cargo de tempo integral, requer presença no local e disponibilidade para realizações de plantões com escalas, pós expediente, feriados e finais de semana.

Qualificações

  • Habilidades Analíticas: Necessário possuir habilidades analíticas para interpretar dados e identificar tendências de risco.
  • Comunicação e Atendimento ao Cliente: Habilidades de comunicação eficaz e atendimento ao cliente, são essenciais para interagir com clientes e a equipe de forma produtiva, principalmente com o motorista.
  • Tecnologia: serão considerados diferenciais conhecimento em telemetria, criação de rotas e manutenções tecnologias.
  • Além dessas habilidades: cursando ou formado(a) em Administração, Logística ou áreas afins, será um diferencial, bem como conhecimentos em normativas de segurança no transporte de produtos químicos e toda parter de GR.

Local de Labor: Paulínia/SP.

Horário: 13h as 17h / 18h as 22h48m.

Periculosidade: 30%.

Benefícios: VA/VR, Mobilidade, Plano de Saúde (após experiência) e Plano de Bonificação (após experiência).

Disponibilidade para plantões.

Disponibilidade para Treinamento Inicial (3 semanas), a ser ministrado em nossa Matriz (Itajaí/SC).
