Team Overview

The SRG Strategy & Planning team serves as a business acceleration and execution capability, connecting strategy, portfolio prioritization, executive operations, intelligence, analytics, and transformation to help SRG turn priorities into measurable business outcomes. The team operates as a portfolio hub, making work, capacity, priorities, and trade-offs visible while aligning resources and accelerating execution through data, artificial intelligence, automation, and disciplined operating rhythms. This role reports to the VP, Strategic Planning.

This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration and continuous improvement of SRG’s Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and Data Access Review Board (DARB) programs, establishing clear ownership and improving governance consistency, coordination, compliance, reporting, and execution.
  • Manage PDLC intake, Voice of the Customer (VOC) activities, prioritization forums, stage-gate reviews, and governance processes across multiple product teams, helping initiatives advance efficiently and meet established key performance indicators.
  • Coach Product Managers on required PDLC artifacts, review governance reports, recommend process adjustments, and provide feedback to the Enterprise PDLC team on improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain portfolio visibility through JPD administration, governance reporting, performance metrics, and the tracking of initiative progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and action items.
  • Manage the end-to-end DARB process, including intake reviews, meeting preparation, stakeholder coordination, approval tracking, exceptions, escalations, follow-up actions, and the maintenance of relevant standard operating procedures and sales-facing guidance.
  • Facilitate governance meetings and coordinate stakeholders across Product, Sales, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Leadership to support consistent decision-making, accountability, timely execution, and alignment with applicable requirements.
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations, status reports, dashboards, scorecards, metrics, and communications that improve visibility into governance performance, operational effectiveness, risks, dependencies, and process gaps.
  • Standardize governance templates, workflows, documentation, approvals, meeting structures, and supporting records to improve scalability, stakeholder experience, and audit readiness.
  • Use artificial intelligence-enabled tools, workflow automation, and modern productivity technologies to streamline reporting, documentation, communications, and administrative work while reducing complexity and improving operational efficiency.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

  • 3-7 years of experience in project management, program management, business operations, a Project Management Office (PMO), governance, or process improvement, with demonstrated responsibility for coordinating multiple priorities and workstreams.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and operational best practices, with the ability to apply them to recurring reviews, approval processes, portfolio activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management capabilities, including managing stakeholders, deadlines, risks, dependencies, decisions, and action items across concurrent initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder-management skills, with experience partnering across Product, Sales, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and leadership functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

Required Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for executive presentations, dashboards, scorecards, analysis, and governance reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint for stakeholder collaboration, document management, communications, and maintenance of governance records.
  • Experience using project or work-management platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or comparable tools to manage workflows, progress, risks, dependencies, and action items.
  • Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot or comparable technology, to improve documentation, reporting, communications, and process efficiency.
  • Experience with workflow automation and modern productivity technologies used to reduce manual work and improve operational execution.

We’re also looking for the preferred skills below. Whether you are proficient or could use some brushing up, we’re happy to support your career development and growth in:

  • Master’s degree, including a Master of Business Administration (MBA), or a related advanced discipline.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Lean Six Sigma, or an equivalent certification.
  • Experience supporting Product Development Lifecycle governance, product portfolio management, stage-gate processes, or similar product governance frameworks.
  • Experience supporting data-access, legal, compliance, risk, or operational review boards.
  • Experience identifying and implementing AI-enabled automation, process improvements, and scalable governance practices.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
