  • When the dining room is full, manage the waitlist diplomatically, accurately estimate wait times, and update guests regularly. Offer refreshments or suggest bar seating as appropriate, ensuring guests remain comfortable and engaged while they wait.
  • Proactively accommodate guests with special needs, dietary restrictions, or accessibility requirements. Ensure the dining room is arranged to provide a safe, comfortable environment for all, including families, large parties, and guests with mobility challenges.
  • Monitor lighting, music, temperature, and cleanliness in the entryway and dining room. Work with management to maintain an ambiance that reflects the restaurant’s brand and enhances the overall guest experience.
  • Working with the Food & Beverage Manager, assist in the planning and execution of private dining events, special occasions, or holiday services. Work closely with event coordinators, management, and culinary staff to ensure smooth logistics and impeccable guest service.
  • Address guest concerns or complaints with diplomacy, empathy, and efficiency. Empowered to resolve issues promptly or elevate to management as necessary, the host ensures every guest leaves with a positive impression.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
