Ihre Aufgaben

  • Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Mitarbeitenden bei technischen Fragen und Störungen.
  • Du unterstützt bei Problemen mit Computern, Druckern, Scannern, Telefonen und Internetverbindungen.
  • Du richtest neue Arbeitsplätze, Benutzerkonten und Endgeräte ein.
  • Du betreust unsere branchenspezifischen Mess-, Versorgungs- und Softwaresysteme.
  • Du analysierst Störungen und löst diese selbstständig oder gemeinsam mit unseren externen IT-Dienstleistern.
  • Du installierst und aktualisierst Hard- und Software.
  • Du dokumentierst wiederkehrende Probleme und erstellst verständliche Anleitungen.
  • Du betreust überwiegend unsere Zentrale und unterstützt bei Bedarf unsere Filialen vor Ort.

Ihr Profil

Keine IT-Ausbildung? Kein Problem! Entscheidend sind Ihre IT-Affinität, Ihr technisches Verständnis und Ihre Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen. Wir arbeiten Sie umfassend ein.

  • Sie haben Freude daran, technische Probleme zu analysieren und zu lösen.
  • Sie sind lernbereit und arbeiten sich gerne in neue Systeme und Anwendungen ein.
  • Eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder erste praktische IT-Erfahrungen sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
  • Auch als Quereinsteiger sind Sie bei uns herzlich willkommen.
  • Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig.
  • Entwicklung vom First-Level-Support hin zu eigenen IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Freiraum, eigene Ideen einzubringen und praktisch umzusetzen
  • Möglichkeit, sich in Programmierung, Automatisierung, Datenanalyse und Systemintegration weiterzuentwickeln
  • Einblicke in zahlreiche Unternehmensbereiche und abwechslungsreiche technische Systeme
  • Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung, den Fachbereichen und externen IT-Partnern
