About Us

Co-founded in 2023 by Joe Laws and Grant Verstandig, Trase Systems is AI, Uncomplicated. Trase empowers enterprise leaders to harness the full potential of AI without the associated complexity and risks. We are an end-to-end solution for deploying, managing, and optimizing AI in the enterprise. Our platform specializes in bridging the “last mile” of AI adoption, unlocking AI's full potential while driving efficiency and significant cost savings. Trase is at the forefront of AI Agent innovation, topping the Hugging Face GAIA Leaderboard for Generalized AI Assistants, ahead of industry giants such as Google, Meta, Microsoft, and OpenAI. We are leveraging our cutting-edge technologies to develop mission-critical agentic applications in complex industries such as Healthcare, Oil & Gas, and National Security.

The role:

As a Senior Product Manager at Trase, you will be at the forefront of defining the vision for AI and ML-driven solutions that seamlessly integrate systems of engagement, record, and insight. You'll own every aspect of your product areas, from strategy development and roadmap creation to specification writing, product evangelism, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. You'll collaborate closely with customers, engineering, UI/UX, marketing, sales, and presales to create products that delight customers.

What You Will Do:

  • Strategy: Develop a robust strategy and vision for your areas based on a thorough analysis of customer needs and industry trends.
  • Roadmap: Craft and validate a comprehensive near and long-term product roadmap with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Product Specifications: Partner with design teams to create user experiences and detailed specifications for your features.
  • Feature Development: Collaborate with engineering to drive the execution and delivery of features and products. Mitigate risks and ensure dependencies are managed effectively. Test and ensure the highest quality standards.
  • Product Evangelism: Share and promote our vision at conferences and with strategic customers and partners. Create compelling collateral, including presentations, whitepapers, and documents to showcase value.
  • Collaboration: Build strong relationships with customers to identify key use cases and product capabilities. Work with product marketing and sales leaders on go-to-market plans for new features and products.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the competition by becoming the expert on market trends and competitor analysis.

About You:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in the software industry in either development or product management roles.
  • Proven experience working with cross-disciplinary teams, including engineering, marketing, and UX.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, from technical buyers to economic decision-makers.
  • Experience with AI and Healthcare is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.

Salary Range: $190,000-$220,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience, skills, and other factors.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
