Als wagenparkbeheerders sta je in voor het beheer en de opvolging van een wagenpark van ongeveer 130 voertuigen. Je zorgt ervoor dat de wagens technisch in orde zijn, volgt schadedossiers op en coördineert onderhoud en herstellingen met garages.

Jouw taken:

  • Je beheert en volgt het wagenpark van ongeveer 130 voertuigen op.
  • Je volgt schadedossiers op en zorgt voor de afhandeling ervan.
  • Je staat in voor de ontvangst en inlevering van bedrijfswagens.
  • Je controleert de technische staat van de voertuigen en het bijhorende materiaal.
  • Je plant en coördineert onderhoud en herstellingen met garages.
  • Je beantwoordt praktische vragen van medewerkers over hun voertuig.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met de leasemaatschappij.
  • Je ondersteunt de Logistiek Manager bij de dagelijkse werking en projecten.
  • Je hebt al eerdere ervaring als wagenparkbeheerder.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt administratief werk er wel graag bij.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent proactief en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
