The posting

Do you enjoy working with machines and have a technical, hands-on mindset? Are you detail-oriented and do you like to roll up your sleeves and get to work? Then this position as a die-cutter/machine setter in Sint-Amands might be right for you.

As a machine setter, you’ll be responsible for die-cutting boxes. You’ll set up the die-cutting machine, monitor the production process, and perform quality checks. In addition, you’ll carry out precision mechanical tasks and ensure that the finished products are properly stacked, sorted, or packaged.

Your responsibilities

  • You’ll be responsible for setting up and monitoring the production process using the die-cutting machine.
  • You check the quality of the pieces.
  • You stack, sort, or package the finished product.
  • Additionally, you perform various precision mechanical tasks.
  • You ensure that operations run smoothly.
  • You speak and understand English well.
  • You have technical insight and/or have completed a technical education.
  • You are capable of performing physically demanding work.
  • You want to work in a production environment.
