Die Palliativnetz Travebogen gGmbH sucht ab sofort für den Standort Kaltenkirchen eine:n

Pflegefachperson Palliative Care (m/w/d)

in Teil- oder Vollzeit (25 - 40 Std. / Woche)

  • Behandlung und Betreuung von schwerstkranken und sterbenden Menschen und deren An- und Zugehörigen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Hausärztinnen und Hausärzten, Pflegediensten und weiteren sozialen Diensten
  • Teilnahme am Rufbereitschaftsdienst sowie selbstständiges, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten

Ihr Profil

  • Examen als Pflegefachperson, wenn möglich mit der Zusatzqualifikation Palliative Care (als Mitarbeiter:innen der Palliativnetz Travebogen gGmbH bilden wir Sie gerne in unserer Akademie in Palliative Care weiter - und das für Sie kostenfrei)
  • Erfahrung in der (ambulanten) Palliativversorgung sind von Vorteil
  • Persönliche Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
