Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

We are seeking talented Software Engineers with strong engineering fundamentals who are eager to expand their expertise into the Salesforce ecosystem.

In this role, you will: - Leverage your solid technical foundation while developing specialized skills in Salesforce development, configuration, and integration to support our strategic digital initiatives.

- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that enhance our customer experience and streamline business processes.

This position offers the unique opportunity to apply proven engineering principles while mastering Salesforce technologies. Whether you're looking to transition into Salesforce development or deepen existing Salesforce knowledge, you'll work alongside experienced professionals who will support your growth in this high-demand technology stack.

The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving abilities, experience with modern development practices, and enthusiasm for learning new technologies. You'll contribute to meaningful projects that directly impact how we serve our Personal Insurance customers while building valuable expertise in one of the industry's leading CRM platforms.

What Will You Do?

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to support Personal Insurance digital transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and streamline business processes
  • Apply engineering fundamentals to Salesforce development, configuration, and integration projects
  • Develop specialized expertise in Salesforce technologies while leveraging existing technical skills
  • Partner with experienced Salesforce professionals to deliver innovative solutions aligned with strategic business objectives

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

  • 2+ years of hands-on software development experience building and maintaining enterprise applications
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience in object-oriented programming and software development lifecycle
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem—prior Salesforce experience is a plus but not required
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and values knowledge sharing
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with emerging technologies in a transformation environment
  • Strong communication skills to effectively partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders

What is a Must Have?

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related STEM field, or its equivalent in education and/or work experience.
  • 2 additional years of software engineering experience.
