Overview

We are seeking a Scheduling Consultant to assist clients with organizing, coordinating, and managing travel-related plans and timelines. In this role, you will help individuals and families stay organized throughout the planning process, ensuring all details are clearly scheduled and aligned prior to travel.

This position focuses on coordinating reservations, maintaining accurate timelines, and supporting clients as they prepare for upcoming trips. Responsibilities may include assisting with booking schedules, organizing itinerary details, and helping ensure all components of a trip are properly arranged.

As a Scheduling Consultant, you will act as a key point of contact for clients, helping them stay informed, prepared, and confident in their plans.

This is a remote opportunity offering flexible scheduling, access to training, and ongoing mentorship. Prior experience in scheduling or travel is not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with organizing travel timelines, reservations, and scheduling details
  • Coordinate bookings for accommodations, cruises, and vacation packages
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date itinerary information
  • Provide clear communication regarding schedules, confirmations, and updates
  • Research options to help align travel plans with client preferences
  • Support clients before and after travel with scheduling adjustments or questions
  • Stay organized while managing multiple client schedules at once

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and client service abilities
  • Comfortable using online tools and digital systems
  • Ability to manage multiple schedules and details simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
