The posting

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Destination Planning Consultants This remote role focuses on supporting clients with seamless travel arrangements while working collaboratively with a professional team and reporting to a team lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage client travel bookings.
  • Create customized travel itineraries to meet client preferences.
  • Arrange flights, accommodations, transportation, cruises, and tours.
  • Deliver professional communication and client support.
  • Address and resolve client concerns with professionalism.
  • Participate in training and webinars to stay current on travel industry updates.
  • Work closely with colleagues and suppliers to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Computer or smartphone with reliable internet required.
  • Hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is a plus.
  • Personal travel experience helpful but not required.
