Jouw rol als pedagogisch professional Als pedagogisch medewerker flex werk je op verschillende opvangvormen binnen Doomijn, zoals het kinderdagverblijf, de peuteropvang en de buitenschoolse opvang. Samen met je collega’s en in samenspraak met ouders ben je verantwoordelijk voor de begeleiding, verzorging en ontwikkeling van kinderen van 0 tot 13 jaar. Met het pedagogisch beleidsplan van Doomijn als richtlijn bied je ieder kind een fijne plek waar het zich gezien, veilig en welkom voelt. Je creëert een warme, veilige en uitdagende omgeving die aansluit bij de leeftijd, behoeften en interesses van de kinderen. Door passende activiteiten aan te bieden en aan te sluiten bij hun belevingswereld, stimuleer je hun ontwikkeling, nieuwsgierigheid en zelfstandigheid. Zo krijgen kinderen alle ruimte om spelenderwijs te groeien, zichzelf te zijn en hun talenten te ontdekken. Je betrekt ouders actief bij de ontwikkeling van hun kind, zodat zij kunnen meegenieten van de stappen die hun kind bij ons zet.

Heb jij het in je? Kinderen voelen zich erg prettig bij jou, dat gaat eigenlijk vanzelf. Je bent zorgzaam, betrokken en laat kinderen zelf ontdekken wat wel en niet werkt. Jij luistert naar en ziet het kind, wat het nodig heeft en wat het kan. Ook als het daar niet om vraagt. Je durft buiten de lijntjes te kleuren en nieuwe mogelijkheden te ontdekken.

Verder ben je:

  • In het bezit van minimaal een kindgericht mbo-diploma op niveau 3.
  • Beschikbaar voor minimaal 32 uur per week, op dinsdag, woensdag, donderdag en vrijdag.
  • Flexibel inzetbaar op verschillende locaties in de wijk De Maten.
