traversa , Netzwerk für Menschen mit einer psychischen Erkrankung, ist ein soziales Unternehmen, das sich für die Inklusion und die Verbesserung der Lebenssituation von Menschen mit einer psychischen Erkrankung einsetzt.

In der Stadt Luzern realisiert traversa ein neues Wohnangebot "Wohnhaus Taube" für Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen , die sich in einer herausfordernden Lebensphase befinden und eine intensive, strukturierende Betreuung benötigen. Das Angebot ist auf maximal neun Plätze ausgelegt, der Aufenthalt zeitlich begrenzt und es richtet sich an Personen im Alter von 18 bis 65 Jahren.

Ab 1. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine motivierte Fachperson mit einer positiven Lebenseinstellung, Freude an der aktiven Mitgestaltung eines neuen Angebots und einer abgeschlossenen Ausbildung als

Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder in Sozialpädagogik HF/FH, 80% ##

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Begleitung und Betreuung von Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen im Sinne der Recovery-Haltung
  • Menschen in herausfordernden Lebensphasen und Krisensituationen begleiten
  • Mit externen Bezugspersonen, Angehörigen und Fachstellen zusammenarbeiten
  • Alleine sowie in einem interdisziplinären Team arbeiten
  • Bewohnende in ihrer Alltags- und Lebensgestaltung unterstützen und anleiten
  • Ressortverantwortung

Sie bringen mit ###

  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit einer psychischen Erkrankung
  • Sicherheit im Umgang mit herausfordernden Situationen und Krisen
  • Selbständigkeit, Einfühlungsvermögen, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Wertschätzende und offene Grundhaltung, lösungsorientierte und kreative Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu unregelmässiger Arbeit / Nachtpikett / Wochenenddienst
  • Gute IT-Anwendungskenntnisse
