Einleitung

Werde Teil von Travian: Legends und übernimm eine zentrale Rolle zwischen Game Production, People Leadership, agiler Zusammenarbeit und Projektsteuerung. Gemeinsam mit dem Team stellst du sicher, unser Spiel zuverlässig weiterzuentwickeln, zu betreiben und unsere Spieler*innen langfristig zu begeistern.

Du behältst Kapazitäten, Risiken und Abhängigkeiten im Blick und sorgst gemeinsam mit dem Team dafür, dass wir realistisch planen können und Features im vorgesehenen Zeitrahmen liefern. Selbst musst du dafür nicht entwickeln – wichtig sind Führungserfahrung, ein gutes Verständnis agiler Softwareentwicklung und die Fähigkeit, technische Zusammenhänge einzuordnen.

Deine Quest

  • Du trägst die disziplinarische Verantwortung für Mitarbeitenden aus Development und Live Operations Support, inkl. Begleitung bei fachlicher und persönlicher Weiterentwicklung.
  • Du vereinbarst Ziele sowie Entwicklungspfade, führst Feedback- und Performance-Gespräche und wirkst beim Recruiting neuer Teammitglieder mit.
  • Du sorgst als Scrum Master (w/m/d) für eine wirksame agile Arbeitsweise, stärkst den gemeinsamen Fokus auf Sprint-Ziele sowie Commitments, hinterfragst und entwickelst bestehende Prozesse zur Verbesserung von Zusammenarbeit und Delivery weiter.
  • Du verantwortest eine realistische und belastbare Kapazitätsplanung und überblickst Fortschritt, Risiken sowie Abhängigkeiten.
  • Du planst Kapazitäten für den laufenden Spielbetrieb und den On-Call-Service.
  • Du achtest auf den Wissensaustausch des Teams und reagierst frühzeitig auf Kapazitäts- oder Skill-Bottlenecks.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Product Owner (w/m/d) und weiteren Disziplinen im Projekt zusammen.

Deine Skills

  • Du hast relevante Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Softwareentwicklungsprojekte und agiler Teams.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte praktische Erfahrung mit Scrum und agilen Methoden. Deine praktische Scrum Master-Erfahrung zählt – die Zertifizierung ist ein Plus.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige disziplinarische Führungserfahrung mit. Alternativ bist du nach umfangreicher lateraler Führung bereit für das nächste Level.
  • Du unterstützt dein Team bei der Zielerreichung, thematisierst konkret Probleme und erarbeitest konsequent Lösungen.
  • Du schätzt Kapazitäten, Risiken und Abhängigkeiten ein und eruierst strukturiert Abweichungen.
  • Du verstehst technische Konzepte und Softwarearchitekturen auf Projekt- und Produktebene. Ein eigener Development-Background ist vorteilhaft.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Jira oder vergleichbaren Tools.
  • Du kommunizierst im beruflichen Alltag verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
