Wil jij met jouw technische en financiële expertise bijdragen aan grootschalige infrastructuurprojecten? Als Calculator Infra leg je de financiële en technische basis voor projecten en help je deze vanaf de eerste berekening op de juiste koers te zetten.

Je werkt in de regio Leuven-Mechelen-Brussel aan uitdagende DBFM-projecten rond infrastructuur. Je analyseert aanbestedingen, onderzoekt technische oplossingen en brengt kosten en risico's in kaart, zodat onderbouwde offertes en financieel gezonde projecten tot stand komen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je screent aanbestedingsplatformen en analyseert bestekken, plannen en meetstaten, met aandacht voor technische vereisten, timing, capaciteit en contractvoorwaarden.
  • Je maakt kostprijsberekeningen voor laagspanning, zwakstroomtechnieken en bekabeling en bepaalt mee de prijsopbouw en marges.
  • Je brengt risico's en onduidelijkheden in kaart en onderzoekt alternatieve uitvoeringsmethodes, materialen en besparingsmogelijkheden.
  • Je vraagt offertes op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers, vergelijkt voorstellen en stelt offertes en prijsverantwoordingen op voor indiening.
  • Je beoordeelt de financiële haalbaarheid van projecten, stemt af met stakeholders en draagt na gunning je calculatie over aan de projectleiding.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma in een relevante technische richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring; een masterdiploma is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht in elektromechanische installaties, bij voorkeur in laagspanning, zwakstroomtechnieken en bekabeling, en begrijpt uitvoerings- en bouwprocessen.
  • Je bent analytisch, financieel onderlegd en nauwkeurig, communiceert uitstekend in het Nederlands en werkt vlot met Office 365. Goede kennis van het Engels is vereist; Frans is een pluspunt.
