Niet elk bouwproject is hetzelfde. Bij complexe industriebouw in klasse 8 komt er een niveau van technische en organisatorische complexiteit bij dat je elders in de bouwsector niet vindt: grote budgetten, veeleisende planningen en projecten waar precisie van bij de start telt. Als projectleider in opleiding krijg je de kans om net op dat niveau te leren werken. Je start mee op deze uitdagende industriële projecten en bouwt onder begeleiding van een ervaren projectleider de ervaring op om zelf de volledige leiding over zo'n project te nemen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je loopt mee met een ervaren projectleider en bouwt stap voor stap kennis op over budgetopvolging, contractbeheer en planning.
  • Je onderhoudt mee het contact met onderaannemers, leveranciers en klanten, en leert dit geleidelijk zelfstandig te doen.
  • Je neemt actief deel aan werfvergaderingen en leert hoe beslissingen op projectniveau genomen worden.
  • Je groeit, naarmate je ervaring opbouwt, toe naar de volledige eindverantwoordelijkheid over je eigen projecten.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een diploma burgerlijk of industrieel ingenieur bouwkunde, of een gelijkwaardige bouwtechnische opleiding.
  • Je hebt nog niet jarenlange ervaring nodig: we zoeken net jong talent dat wil groeien in de rol.
  • Je bent leergierig, neemt graag initiatief en durft verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen zodra je er klaar voor bent.
  • Je houdt van een dynamische omgeving met veel contacten en afwisselende projecten.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan goed overweg met cijfers, planning en deadlines.
