Ben jij sterk in HVAC-technieken en heb je een passie voor publieke aanbestedingen? Krijg je energie van het analyseren van complexe lastenboeken, het uitwerken van technisch onderbouwde offertes en het verdedigen van jouw voorstellen bij klanten? Dan is dit misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging.

Voor een gevestigde speler binnen de HVAC- en gebouwtechnieken zoeken we een Public Engineering Manager die de verantwoordelijkheid neemt over het volledige aanbestedingstraject van uitdagende projecten.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je neemt de leiding over publieke aanbestedingen en volgt deze op van de eerste analyse tot de uiteindelijke indiening.
  • Je bestudeert lastenboeken, technische specificaties en aanbestedingsdocumenten en beoordeelt de technische en commerciële haalbaarheid.
  • Je vertaalt de klantbehoeften naar technisch sterke en competitieve voorstellen op maat.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met interne technische en commerciële teams om tot een kwalitatief aanbestedingsdossier te komen.
  • Je waakt over de volledigheid, conformiteit en kwaliteit van de ingediende dossiers.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten en bouwt duurzame relaties op met de verschillende betrokken partijen.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een stevige technische achtergrond binnen HVAC en gebouwtechnieken.
  • ???????Je hebt ervaring met publieke aanbestedingen en begrijpt hoe overheidsopdrachten en bijhorende procedures werken.
  • Jaren ervaring als Projectleider HVAC, maar niet vaak in contact gekomen met aanbestedingen? No worries, je komt zeker in aanmerking.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en voelt je comfortabel bij het presenteren en verdedigen van technische dossiers.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld, maar verliest het commerciële aspect nooit uit het oog.
