  • Je waarborgt de veiligheid op de bouwplaats en behoudt met een overzicht op het geheel de controle.
  • Samenwerking met de ploegbaas en projectleider staat centraal, waarbij dagplanningen, elektrische schema's en de voortgang van de werkzaamheden worden besproken.
  • Actieve deelname op de bouwplaats is voor jou vanzelfsprekend, en je bent niet bang om de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
  • Het doornemen van werfverslagen behoort tot je taken, waarbij je passende maatregelen neemt.
  • Jij draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor je team van technici en voorziet hen van opleidingen indien nodig.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je behaalde met trots een bachelor in een technische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van elektriciteit.
  • Je bent in staat om snel te schakelen bij problemen en hebt een oplossingsgerichte denkwijze.
  • Als teamspeler bezit je de capaciteiten om een team van technici effectief aan te sturen.
  • Jouw passie ligt specifiek bij elektrotechniek, en je hebt een sterke motivatie om aan de slag te gaan.
