JOB SUMMARY / SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. The Records Assistant- Customer Service / CISA is generally responsible for checking of completeness of required regular reports by CISA. Assist queries of client and request of other department.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AT{D RESPONSIBILITIES:

A.OPERATION

1. Encoding and completes the data required by CISA.

2. Due to manual, basis of CISA, monthly sending of files to Loan Posting Department for updating of loan Status Balance of borrower.

3. Controls all out going files and other documentation in their custody, so that they can be produced quickly by means of effective classification and tracking procedures.

4. Handles all the requests and queries of clients and other department.

B. Monitoring and Reporting:

1. Monitors transmitted accounts to CIC

QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES:

Education:

Must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree in Business Studies / Accountancy/Banking and Finance or equivalent.

Experience :

Preferably year of successful and verifiable experience in handling the same position preferably in a banking industry

Others:

Comprehensive knowledge in developing communication strategies related to organizational policies. Able to maintain confidentiality.
