De functie

Als Doktersassistente ben je het visitekaartje en eerste aanspreekpunt van de afdeling Orthopedie. Je ondersteunt de orthopedisch specialist zowel op medisch als administratief gebied. Zo assisteer je tijdens het spreekuur, verricht je administratieve werkzaamheden en geef je voorlichting aan patiënten over onderzoeken, behandelingen en preventie. Daarnaast ontvang je patiënten tijdens het postoperatieve spreekuur voor wondcontrole, verwijder je hechtingen en geef je adviezen over het verdere herstel. Kortom, je talentenpakket is zeer divers.

Het team

Bij het team van de afdeling Orthopedie werk je samen met 11 orthopeden, physician assistants, planners, medisch secretaresses en andere doktersassistentes. We hebben een open cultuur op de poli’s waarin we duidelijk communiceren en doen wat we zeggen. Humor speelt daarbij een belangrijke rol. Er is veel samenwerking met andere afdelingen en disciplines, zoals het team van de klinische afdeling en de OK-teams. We werken over de drie ziekenhuislocaties Emmen, Hoogeveen en Stadskanaal heen.

Jij bent de ideale kandidaat

Je bent enthousiast, communicatief vaardig en hebt een actieve, flexibele en klantgerichte houding. Ook ben je in het bezit van een diploma Doktersassistente, hebt ervaring met digitaal werken en bent snel thuis in de verschillende automatiseringssystemen die wij hanteren. Daarnaast ben je resultaatgericht en heb je een hoge kwaliteitsstandaard; je ziet altijd ruimte voor verbetering. Je neemt initiatief, houdt van organiseren en staat stevig in je schoenen. Ons aanbod

  • Een arbeidsovereenkomst van 20 tot 24 uur voor bepaalde tijd met intentie tot vast.
  • Een salaris van minimaal € 2.750,- en maximaal € 3.959,- bruto fulltime per maand (CAO ziekenhuizen FWG 40)
