ChiCoN zoekt een waarnemend GE-chirurg! Ben jij een gecertificeerd GE-chirurg en zoek je een uitdagende functie met uitzicht op een vaste plek in een prettige leefomgeving? Kom dan ons team versterken!

De functie

De GE-chirurgie binnen ChiCoN bestaat uit 12 chirurgen, die worden ondersteund door verpleegkundig specialisten en physician assistants. De vakgroep behandelt een breed spectrum aan benigne en oncologische GE-aandoeningen en werkt daarbij nauw samen met de afdelingen MDL, oncologie en radiologie.

De colorectale chirurgie wordt in de volle breedte aangeboden op de locaties Emmen en Assen. Belangrijke speerpunten zijn gecentraliseerde oncologische robot-rectumchirurgie, waaronder robot-TAMIS, het defecatie-expertisecentrum met prolapschirurgie en anti-reflux- en hernia diafragmatica-chirurgie. Daarnaast werkt de vakgroep nauw samen binnen regionale netwerken, met als doel kwalitatief hoogwaardige en patiëntgerichte zorg dicht bij huis te bieden.

Chirurgen Coöperatie Noord Nederland (ChiCoN)

ChiCoN bestaat uit 24 chirurgen die werkzaam zijn op de drie ziekenhuislocaties van Treant – Scheper Ziekenhuis Emmen, Refaja Ziekenhuis Stadskanaal en Bethesda Ziekenhuis Hoogeveen – en het Wilhelmina Ziekenhuis in Assen. Als coöperatie zijn we ambitieus en blijven we ons ontwikkelen op het gebied van patiëntenzorg, onderwijs en onderzoek.

De vakgroep beschikt over een opleidingserkenning voor de algemene heelkunde en arts internationale gezondheidszorg, inclusief de bijbehorende differentiaties. Daarnaast leveren we een belangrijke bijdrage aan de opleiding en begeleiding van A(N)IOS, coassistenten en tropenartsen

MSCT/ Treant

De medische staf van Treant is verenigd in het Medisch Specialisten Collectief Treant (MSCT), een unieke bundeling van circa 280 ziekenhuisstafleden, waaronder vrijgevestigde specialisten, dienstverbanders, apothekers, psychologen en klinisch chemici. Samen zetten we ons in voor onze missie: met slagkracht de beste, bereikbare en betaalbare zorg voor de regio bieden.

Treant is een modern en financieel gezond ziekenhuis dat volop in ontwikkeling is. We blijven vernieuwen en spelen actief in op de ontwikkelingen binnen de zorg en in de regio.

Jij bent de ideale kandidaat

Wij zoeken een NVGIC-gecertificeerd chirurg die communicatief vaardig is en graag samenwerkt in een team. Je hebt brede kennis en ervaring binnen de GE-chirurgie én de algemene chirurgische praktijk. Je participeert in de algemene en GE-diensten en bent flexibel inzetbaar op meerdere locaties. Daarnaast vind je het leuk om bij te dragen aan de opleiding en begeleiding van arts-assistenten en coassistenten. Je deelt graag je kennis en ervaring en draagt zo bij aan de ontwikkeling van toekomstige zorgprofessionals.

Ons aanbod

Het gaat om een waarneming voor de duur van één jaar. Omdat één van onze collega’s per januari 2028 met pensioen gaat, is er bij gebleken geschiktheid uitzicht op toetreding tot de vakgroep. De startdatum is in overleg, waarbij we bij voorkeur zo snel mogelijk van start gaan. Tijdens de waarneming zijn de arbeidsvoorwaarden conform de AMS-richtlijnen van toepassing. De inschaling vindt plaats op basis van je kennis en ervaring.
