Flexibel werken in heel Drenthe via het Intern Uitzendbureau van Treant! Ben jij een Helpende die graag zelf bepaalt waar en wanneer je werkt, houdt van afwisseling én ervaring wil opdoen op verschillende locaties? Dan is werken via het Intern Uitzendbureau van Treant iets voor jou! Met 17 woonzorglocaties en thuiszorgteams in Drenthe bepaal jij waar je aan de slag gaat.

Jouw rol Als Helpende (flex) speel je een belangrijke rol in het dagelijks welzijn van onze bewoners en cliënten. Je biedt ondersteuning bij de dagelijkse verzorging en draagt bij aan een prettige, veilige leefomgeving. Dankzij jouw flexibiliteit maak je kennis met verschillende teams en locaties binnen Treant.

Bovendien biedt deze functie jou de mogelijkheid om via interne vacatures door te groeien naar een vaste werkplek binnen onze organisatie.

Als Helpende (flex) houd je je bezig met de volgende werkzaamheden:

  • Ondersteunen van bewoners en cliënten bij persoonlijke verzorging en ADL-activiteiten.
  • Begeleiden en stimuleren van zelfredzaamheid.
  • Ondersteunen bij huishoudelijke taken en maaltijden.
  • Creëren van een prettige, veilige en huiselijke sfeer op de afdeling of in de thuissituatie.
  • Signaleren van veranderingen in de gezondheid of het welzijn van bewoners en deze bespreken met collega's.

Jij bent de ideale kandidaat Jij bent een betrokken en enthousiaste Helpende (flex) die zich herkent in de kernwaarden van Treant: Toegewijd, Innovatief en Samen. Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een afgerond diploma Helpende Zorg & Welzijn niveau 2.
  • Ook studenten die een opleiding volgen tot Verzorgende IG, Mbo-verpleegkundige of Hbo-verpleegkundige en minimaal het tweede leerjaar hebben afgerond, nodigen wij van harte uit om te solliciteren.
  • Een cliëntgerichte, respectvolle en positieve houding.
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en tegelijkertijd goed samen te werken binnen verschillende teams.
  • Flexibiliteit en enthousiasme om op meerdere locaties ervaring op te doen.

Ons aanbod Bij Treant vinden we het belangrijk dat jij met plezier naar je werk gaat. Daarom bieden wij jou:

  • Een contract passend bij jouw wensen: van een 0-urencontract tot een contract met urengarantie (max. 24 uur p/w).
  • Een salaris tussen € 2.599,21 en € 3.233,35 bruto per maand (bij 36 uur, conform cao VVT, FWG 25).
  • 8% vakantietoeslag en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% (volledige 13e maand).
  • De vrijheid om zelf jouw diensten en beschikbaarheid te bepalen.
  • Toegang tot een groot aanbod aan (online) trainingen en cursussen.
  • Doorgroeikansen binnen Treant naar andere functies en locaties.
