Ben jij een Helpende plus die zelf wil bepalen waar en wanneer je werkt, houdt van afwisseling en graag deel uitmaakt van een groot zorgnetwerk? Bij het Interne Uitzendbureau van Treant kan dat! Met 17 woonzorglocaties en de thuiszorgteams van Treant kijken we samen waar jij het beste tot je recht komt.

Jouw rol

Als Helpende Plus ben jij een vertrouwd gezicht voor de bewoners en een onmisbare schakel in de zorg. Je hebt een scherp oog voor veranderingen in hun gezondheid en weet precies wanneer je moet signaleren en rapporteren. Dankzij jou kunnen bewoners rekenen op passende zorg en een fijne, veilige leefomgeving waarin ze zich echt thuis voelen. Je ondersteunt hen in hun dagelijkse behoeften en sluit daarbij aan op wat zij nodig hebben.

Als Helpende Plus houd je je bezig met

  • Ondersteunen bij ADL-taken
  • Signaleren van veranderingen in de gezondheid, rapporteert dit en draagt dit over waar nodig
  • Bieden van zorg en begeleiding, afgestemd op de bewoner.
  • Zorgen voor een warme, veilige en huiselijke sfeer.
  • Samenwerken met collega’s om de beste zorg te leveren.

Jij bent de ideale kandidaat

Je bent een betrokken en behulpzame Helpende Plus met een diploma mbo-niveau 2. Met oprechte interesse kijk je naar de mens achter de bewoner. Je luistert goed, gaat respectvol om met weerstand, en stimuleert de zelfredzaamheid van onze bewoners

Daarnaast werk je zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband. Je houdt je aan afspraken en hebt een scherp oog voor de kwaliteit van zorg. Flexibiliteit en humor vinden we belangrijk.

Ons aanbod

  • Een contract die past bij jouw wensen: van 0-uren tot een contract met urengarantie tot max. 28 uur per week
  • Een salaris van minimaal €2.663,21 en maximaal € 3.410,16 bruto fulltime per maand (CAO VVT FWG 30)
  • Vakantietoeslag van 8% en een eindejaarsuitkering (volledige 13e maand).
  • Zelf je rooster bepalen: jij houdt de regie!
