The posting

We zijn op zoek naar Helpenden Zorg en Welzijn (Plus) voor zowel korte diensten als lange diensten (korte diensten van 4 uur tussen 07:00- 12:00 of 16:30- 21:30 of lange diensten van 6 of 8 uur). Zowel pas afgestudeerde collega's als ervaren krachten die hun kennis en passie willen inzetten, zijn van harte welkom om te solliciteren.

De functie

Als Helpende (Plus) ondersteun je onze bewoners bij hun dagelijkse leven en bied je persoonlijke verzorging, afgestemd op hun individuele behoeften. Je werk is afwisselend, persoonlijk en betekenisvol. Je staat stevig in je schoenen en weet in iedere situatie de juiste zorg en aandacht te bieden.

Samen met je collega's verleen je zorg op basis van een individueel zorgleefplan. Natuurlijk hoort daar ook de benodigde administratie bij. Je kijkt steeds naar wat bewoners zelf nog kunnen en stimuleert hun zelfstandigheid waar mogelijk. Je signaleert knelpunten, denkt mee over verbeteringen en neemt initiatief. Af en toe spring je bij op een andere afdeling waar extra ondersteuning nodig is. Zo blijft je werk afwisselend en uitdagend.

In Tonckenshuys is het fijn en betrokken werken. We hebben een gezellig team en staan altijd voor elkaar klaar, ondanks dat we werken met bewoners die een complexe zorgvraag hebben. Er heerst een open sfeer waarin iedereen zich thuis kan voelen, en we helpen elkaar door dik en dun. Bij ons staat zelforganisatie centraal: we regelen zelf de roosters, plannen de overleggen en zoeken altijd naar manieren om samen te groeien en te vernieuwen. Jij bent de Ideale Kandidaat

Je bent in het bezit van een diploma Helpende/Helpende plus (Mbo niveau 2). Je weet wat écht belangrijk is voor de bewoners en hebt een warm hart voor mensen met complexe zorgvragen. Verder vind je het ook geen probleem om af en toe bij te springen op een andere afdeling. Je houdt de kwaliteit van zorg scherp in het oog en bent die fijne collega die wekelijks een dosis positiviteit meebrengt.

Ons aanbod

  • Een arbeidsovereenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd
  • Een contract tussen de 8 en 28 uur
  • Als helpende plus ontvang je een salaris van minimaal € 2.663,54 en maximaal € 3.410,16 bruto fulltime per maand (CAO VVT FWG 30)
