Heb jij de ambitie om je kennis en professie in te zetten voor het optimaliseren van psychologische zorg binnen een somatische setting? Dan nodigen wij je van harte uit om te solliciteren!

Wat ga je doen

Je verricht werkzaamheden op verwijzing van de verschillende specialismen binnen het ziekenhuis. Je onderzoekt en behandelt kortdurend de emotionele en gedragsmatige gevolgen van een ziekte of aandoening. Je werkt nauw samen met andere zorgverleners, waaronder de medisch specialisten, verpleegkundigen en paramedici om zo goed en optimaal mogelijk zorg aan de patiënt te verlenen. Een (groot) deel van de uren zijn specifiek bedoeld voor neuropsychologische taken vanuit de specialismen revalidatie, neurologie en geriatrie. Binnen de revalidatie vervul je een belangrijke rol binnen het multidisciplinaire team op het gebied van neuropsychologie. Daarnaast ben je als neuropsycholoog ook actief betrokken bij de geheugenpoli. Verdere invulling is afhankelijk van interesse en ervaring.

Waar ga je werken?

Je komt werken op de afdeling Medische Psychologie. Daar onderzoeken en behandelen we patiënten wiens somatische behandeling of herstel door psychische factoren wordt bemoeilijkt. Of bij wie psychologische factoren het somatisch beeld compliceren. Samen met acht andere psychologen ben je verantwoordelijk voor de psychologische zorg voor volwassenen. Daarnaast zijn er op de afdeling nog vijf K&J psychologen, zes PDW-ers en drie secretaresses werkzaam. Per medio 2024 zijn er tevens twee vaste opleidingsplekken gecreëerd (Klinisch psycholoog en GZ-psycholoog). De vakgroep Medische Psychologie is onderdeel van de medische staf.

Jij bent de ideale kandidaat

  • Je bent een BIG-geregistreerd Klinisch (Neuro) Psycholoog of een GZ-psycholoog met ervaring in de neuropsychologie. Ervaring in een somatische setting (ziekenhuis/revalidatie) is een pre, maar geen must. Enthousiasme voor het werken in een ziekenhuisomgeving en interesse in het snijvlak van somatiek en psyche is voor ons des te belangrijker.
  • Je bent betrokken, flexibel, initiatiefrijk en hebt een passie voor het werkveld waarbij je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, innovatief denkvermogen en waarbij je gericht bent op samenwerking.
  • Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan een optimaal leer- en opleidingsklimaat en ben je zelf leergierig.
  • Ook als je geen specifieke werkervaring hebt in de somatische gezondheidszorg, maar wel enthousiast bent over de functie, ben je van harte welkom om te solliciteren. We kunnen ons ook voorstellen dat je eerst eens met de afdeling/werkveld wilt kennismaken of een dag wilt meelopen.
