Bouw mee aan de toekomst van de KNO-heelkunde in de regio Drenthe/Overijssel/zuid-oost Groningen

De uitdaging

De vakgroep KNO-heelkunde van het Medisch Specialisten Collectief Treant (MSCT) zoekt vanwege uitbreiding en aankomend vertrek van collega een enthousiaste, allround KNO-arts. Je komt te werken in een dynamische vakgroep van 6 KNO-artsen die over drie ziekenhuislocaties (Emmen, Hoogeveen en Stadskanaal) hoogwaardige zorg levert.

Wij bieden je een veelzijdige rol waarin je zowel de breedte van het vak uitoefent als de ruimte krijgt om je te specialiseren in een specifiek aandachtsgebied.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je voert de KNO-heelkunde in de volle breedte uit, zowel op de polikliniek als op de OK.
  • Je participeert in de regionale dienstregeling binnen de HESHA-groep (Assen, Emmen, Hardenberg, Hoogeveen en Stadskanaal), waardoor de continuïteit van zorg gewaarborgd blijft.
  • Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan de opleiding van coassistenten.
  • Je denkt mee over de visie, toekomststrategie en managementactiviteiten van de vakgroep en het MSCT.
  • Je onderhoudt korte lijnen met huisartsen en andere vakgroepen voor de best mogelijke patiëntenzorg.

Jouw profiel

Wij zoeken een ondernemende teamspeler die zich herkent in het volgende:

  • Je bent een allround opgeleide KNO-arts (of rondt je opleiding binnenkort af).
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, loyaal en beschikt over een gezonde dosis enthousiasme.
  • Je hebt een actieve werkhouding en vindt het leuk om bij te dragen aan zorgvernieuwing.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met onderwijs en het begeleiden van de nieuwe generatie medici.

Treant Zorggroep biedt zorg aan 300.000 inwoners in de regio. Met 3 ziekenhuislocaties en 17 centra voor wonen en zorg zijn we een cruciale speler in het zorglandschap. De medische staf is verenigd in het Medisch Specialisten Collectief Treant (MSCT), een unieke en krachtige coöperatie van vrijgevestigden en specialisten in dienstverband.
