The posting

De functie

Als medewerker beveiliging zorg je ervoor dat de veiligheid van patiënten, bezoekers en medewerkers wordt gewaarborgd. De beveiligingstaken bestaan onder andere uit het uitvoeren van interne en externe brand- en sluitrondes, preventieve veiligheidsrondes, toegangs- en parkeerbeheer en de bewaking in en rondom het ziekenhuis. Daarnaast word je als beveiliger opgeleid tot ploegleider BHV. Verder bied je ondersteuning aan de afdeling Receptie. Deze werkzaamheden worden 24 uur per dag gedurende 7 dagen per week uitgevoerd. Dit betekent dat je op alle diensten ingezet kan worden: dag-, avond-, en nachtdiensten. Klinkt als een mooie afwisselende functie toch?!

Het team

Je komt te werken bij de afdeling Receptie & Beveiliging Treant. De afdeling Receptie & Beveiliging bestaat uit circa 17 personen. Je werklocatie wordt het Bethesda ziekenhuis in Hoogeveen, wat niet wegneemt dat je mogelijk ook op een andere locatie (Refaja Stadskanaal) kan worden ingezet.

Jij bent de ideale kandidaat

Jij bent die enthousiaste medewerker beveiliging die beschikt over een vakgerichte opleiding beveiliging (Mbo-2), het liefst aangevuld met certificaat praktijkbegeleider. Je bent in het bezit van een BHV-certificaat of ben je bereid deze te behalen. Je hebt een dienstverlenende en servicegerichte instelling naar onze patiënten, bezoekers en medewerkers. Oplettendheid, ordelijkheid en systematiek zijn noodzakelijk bij het werken volgens richtlijnen en procedures. Je kunt snel handelen als het nodig is. Daarnaast ben je flexibel ingesteld en ben je bereid om ook in de nachtelijke uren en de weekenden te werken. Uiteraard ben je betrouwbaar en integer en heb je een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
