Gastvrijheid combineren met zorg? Als medewerker Horeca zorg jij dagelijks voor een prettige ervaring voor patiënten, bezoekers en collega's.

De functie

Als medewerker Horeca ben je breed inzetbaar binnen het ziekenhuis in Emmen (locatie Scheper). Je werkzaamheden voer je onder andere uit in het personeels- en bezoekersrestaurant. Geen dag is hetzeflde! Je werkt afwisselend in het restaurant waar je eenvoudige gerechten bereid, verricht je werkzaamheden achter de kassa en zorg je dat de voorraad op orde blijft. Ook verzorg je catering voor vergaderingen en recepties en laat je medewerkers en bezoekers zich welkom voelen. Alle werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd volgens geldende richtlijnen HACCP.

Het team

Jij gaat aan de slag binnen een toegewijd, spontaan en gezellig team. Als team zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor de werkzaamheden in het restaurant, de servieskeuken en verzorgen jullie de catering. Ook is het team verantwoordelijk voor de schoonmaak en hygiëne op de afdeling.

Jij bent de ideale kandidaat

Je bent een gastvrije, hulpvaardige en zelfstandige collega en vindt het belangrijk dat iedereen tevreden is. Je pakt graag zaken op en je zorgt voor oplossingen. Je hebt een relevant MBO-diploma (minimaal niveau 2) op zak en beschikt over kennis en ervaring op het gebied van horeca, bijvoorbeeld in de bediening, keuken of in de catering. Je bent op de hoogte van de geldende hygiënerichtlijnen. Je kent de relevante wet- en regelgeving, je werkt netjes en verliest daarbij nooit de gasttevredenheid uit het oog! Ons aanbod

  • Een arbeidsovereenkomst voor bepaalde tijd (intentie tot vast)

  • Een salaris van minimaal € 2.630,- en maximaal € 3.228,- bruto fulltime per maand (CAO ziekenhuizen FWG 20)
