Jij bent de oren en ogen met betrekking tot de schoonmaak in Weidesteyn! Iets voor jou medewerker schoonmaak?

De functie

Je gaat werken in Weidesteyn in Hoogeveen. Hier wonen en verblijven bewoners en cliënten met intensieve zorg of behandeling bij revalidatie, een chronische ziekte of dementie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het schoonmaken en onderhouden van cliëntenkamers en overige ruimtes. Hiermee zorg je voor een hygiënische werk- en leefomgeving voor zowel cliënten, medewerkers en bezoekers. Je werkt hier volgens vastgestelde normen en richtlijnen. We verwachten wel enige flexibiliteit daar je ook regelmatig beschikbaar moet zijn in de weekenden en op feestdagen. Je werkdag start om 7.00 uur en eindigt, afhankelijk van op welke afdeling je werkzaam bent, tussen 11.00 uur en 13.00 uur.

Je bent breed inzetbaar binnen alle teams in Weidesteyn. We werken hard, we weten elkaar te vinden en zien er naar uit dat je ons team komt versterken!

Jij bent de ideale kandidaat

Je bent een flexibele, enthousiaste en zelfstandige medewerker (minimaal vmbo werk- en denkniveau) met bij voorkeur kennis en ervaring op het gebied van schoonmaakwerkzaamheden in de zorg. Je bent tactvol en hulpvaardig in de contacten met cliënten, je signaleert en rapporteert zaken en weet je collega's te vinden wanneer nodig. Je werkt ordelijk en systematisch volgens richtlijnen en procedures en als je je ook kunt vinden in de Treant kernwaarden: Toegewijd, Innovatief en Samen, dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Ons aanbod

  • Een arbeidsovereenkomst voor bepaalde tijd (intentie tot vast)
  • Een contract van 12 tot 16 uur
  • Een salaris van minimaal € 2.231,25 en maximaal € 2.691,15 bruto fulltime per maand (CAO VVT FWG 15)
  • Vakantietoeslag (8%) en een eindejaarsuitkering (volledige 13e maand)
