Optometrist (Locatie Emmen)

Bij Treant bieden we oogzorg in de volle breedte. Voor ons enthousiaste team zijn we op zoek naar een zelfstandige en gedreven optometrist die samen met ons de zorg naar een hoger niveau tilt.

Wat ga je doen?

Als optometrist houd je zelfstandig spreekuur, ondersteun je bij reguliere en spoedspreekuren onder supervisie van de oogarts. Je informeert patiënten over hun oogaandoening en het verdere behandeltraject. Ook voer je aanvullende functieonderzoeken uit, zowel op eigen initiatief als op verzoek van de oogarts.

Naast de dagelijkse patiëntenzorg denk je actief mee over de verdere ontwikkeling en verbetering van de oogzorg binnen Treant. Binnen deze functie krijg je volop mogelijkheden om je te specialiseren in specifieke aandachtsgebieden, zoals: Glaucoom, Cornea, Maculadegeneratie, Uveïtis en Diabeteszorg.

Het team

Bij Treant vinden we het belangrijk dat patiënten op al onze ziekenhuislocaties kunnen rekenen op hoogwaardige oogzorg. Wij leveren oogheelkundige zorg op de ziekenhuislocaties Scheper in Emmen en Refaja in Stadskanaal. Met een grote zorgvraag in onze regio ligt er een mooie uitdaging om patiënten tijdig, efficiënt en met de hoogste kwaliteit te helpen.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische, moderne en goed uitgeruste praktijk waar samenwerking centraal staat. De werksfeer is informeel en prettig, met korte lijnen, veel collegialiteit en ruimte voor humor. Je zult voornamelijk werkzaam zijn op de locatie Scheper in Emmen.

Je werkt nauw samen in een multidisciplinair team met gespecialiseerde collega’s, waaronder: Oogartsen, Aiossen, Aniossen, Coassistenten, Physician assistants, Optometristen, Orthoptisten, Technisch Oogheelkundig Assistenten, Doktersassistenten, Planners en Medisch secretaresses.

Wie zoeken wij?

We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en (bijna) gediplomeerde optometrist. Heb je al enige werkervaring? Dan is dat mooi meegenomen, maar jouw motivatie en vakinhoudelijke interesse zijn minstens zo belangrijk.

Daarnaast herken jij jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je bent in het bezit van een Hbo-diploma Optometrie (of rond deze binnenkort af).
  • Je bent bij voorkeur geregistreerd in het Kwaliteitsregister Paramedici (KP).
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en weet goed wanneer je de oogarts of een andere discipline moet consulteren.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en empathisch vermogen.
  • Je bent flexibel, proactief en denkt graag mee over procesverbeteringen.

Ons aanbod

  • Een salaris van minimaal € 3.903,- en maximaal € 5.503,- bruto fulltime per maand (CAO-ziekenhuizen FWG 55)
