Wil jij adviseren op het hoogste bestuurlijke niveau binnen een organisatie die volop in ontwikkeling is?

Bij Treant werken we iedere dag aan toekomstbestendige zorg voor de inwoners van Drenthe en Zuidoost-Groningen. Deze zorg staat voor grote uitdagingen: toenemende zorgvraag, schaarste op de arbeidsmarkt, regionale samenwerking en de noodzakelijke transformatie van zorg. Dit vraagt om scherpe keuzes, zorgvuldige besluitvorming en professioneel bestuur.

Als Senior Bestuursadviseur opereer je in het hart van deze bestuurlijke dynamiek. Je adviseert de secretaris raad van bestuur en raad van toezicht over complexe vraagstukken op het gebied van governance, medezeggenschap, compliance en bestuurlijke besluitvorming. Daarbij draag je bij aan kwaliteit en rechtmatigheid van besluit én aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie.

De functie

Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag adviseer je over een complexe governancevraag of een medezeggenschapstraject, de andere dag ondersteun je bij een strategisch dossier dat de toekomst van Treant raakt. Je beweegt je gemakkelijk tussen bestuur, toezicht, medezeggenschapsorganen, medisch specialisten en directies en weet uiteenlopende belangen samen te brengen in zorgvuldig onderbouwde adviezen.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Adviseren van de Secretaris Raad van bestuur en Raad van toezicht over governance-, compliance- en medezeggenschapvraagstukken.
  • Voorbereiden van bestuurlijke dossiers en besluitvormingstrajecten voor Raad van bestuur en Raad van toezicht.
  • Bewaken van governance-afspraken, reglementen, bevoegdheidsverdelingen en bestuurlijke procedures.
  • Signaleren van ontwikkelingen binnen de zorg, governance en wet- en regelgeving en deze vertalen naar bestuurlijke adviezen.
  • Bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling en professionalisering van bestuurlijke processen binnen de organisatie.

Het team

Je maakt onderdeel uit van het Bureau Raad van Bestuur en werkt nauw samen met de Secretaris Raad van Bestuur en Raad van Toezicht, een strategisch adviseur/programmamanager en de collega’s van juridische zaken. Vanuit deze positie ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor bestuur, toezicht, medezeggenschap en management en lever je een zichtbare bijdrage aan de koers van Treant.

Jij bent de ideale kandidaat

Je bent een ervaren adviseur met gevoel voor bestuurlijke verhoudingen. Je weet tegengestelde belangen te verbinden, behoudt overzicht in complexe dossiers en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen strategie, beleid en uitvoering. Je bent organisatiesensitief, analytisch sterk en weet met overtuigingskracht en tact richting te geven aan complexe vraagstukken.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Academisch werk- en denkniveau.
  • Kennis van bestuurskunde, organisatiekunde, governance en relevante wet- en regelgeving.
  • Ervaring met bestuurlijke besluitvorming, medezeggenschap en beleidsadvisering.
  • Ervaring binnen een complexe organisatie, bij voorkeur in de zorgsector.
  • Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke adviesvaardigheden.
  • Organisatiesensitiviteit, tact, overtuigingskracht en bestuurlijke deskundigheid.
  • Een zelfstandige en proactieve werkhouding, gecombineerd met een sterk analytisch vermogen.

Ons aanbod

In deze functie zie je van dichtbij hoe strategische keuzes tot stand komen en lever je een directe bijdrage aan de koers van Treant. Je hebt een unieke positie binnen de organisatie en werkt aan vraagstukken die invloed hebben op patiënten, medewerkers en de toekomst van de zorg in de regio.

  • Een arbeidsovereenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd
  • Een contract van 32 uur
  • Een salaris van minimaal €4.824 - en maximaal €7.269,- bruto fulltime per maand (CAO ziekenhuizen FWG 65)
  • Vakantietoeslag (8,33%) en een Eindejaarsuitkering (volledige 13e maand)
