Chirurgen Coöperatie Noord Nederland (ChiCoN)

ChiCoN bestaat uit 24 chirurgen, werkzaam in de drie ziekenhuizen van Treant (Scheper Ziekenhuis Emmen, Refaja Ziekenhuis Stadskanaal en Bethesda Ziekenhuis Hoogeveen) en het Wilhelmina Ziekenhuis Assen. De vakgroep is een dynamische groep, continu op zoek naar vernieuwing in en verbetering van patiëntenzorg, onderwijs en onderzoek. De vakgroep heeft een opleidingserkenning voor de algemene heelkunde en tropengeneeskunde inclusief de differentiaties. Wij leveren daardoor continue bijdrage aan de opleiding van A(N)IOS, co-assistenten en tropenartsen. ChiCoN is onderdeel van Medisch Specialisten Collectief Treant (MSCT) en Specialisten Coöperatie Assen (SCA).

Medisch Specialisten Collectief Treant

De medische staf van Treant is verenigd in de coöperatie Medisch Specialisten Collectief Treant (MSCT). Het is een bundeling van krachten van een voltallige ziekenhuisstaf (vrijgevestigden, dienstverbanders, apothekers, psychologen en klinisch chemici). Op die manier leveren we met slagkracht en gelijkgericht een bijdrage aan goede, bereikbare en betaalbare zorg.

Specialisten Coöperatie Assen

De vrijgevestigd specialisten in het Wilhelmina ziekenhuis in Assen hebben zich georganiseerd in de SCA (Specialisten Coöperatie Assen). De SCA vertegenwoordigt de cardiologen, chirurgen, dermatologen, intensivisten, internisten, KNO-artsen, longartsen, oogartsen, urologen, orthopeden, radiologen en plastisch chirurgen.

Traumachirurgie

De traumachirurgie wordt verricht binnen een team van 7 gecertificeerde traumachirurgen, verpleegkundig specialisten en physician assistants. Samen met de orthopedisch chirurgen vormen we een multidisciplinaire trauma-unit. Treant en WZA zijn level 3 traumacentra met daarbij behorend aanbod via de SEH in Emmen en Assen. Het is onze ambitie om in de nabije toekomst een level 2 traumacentrum voor de regio te realiseren.

Wij zoeken

Wij zoeken een BIG-geregistreerde chirurg met de NVT-certificatie traumachirurgie, die participeert in de algemene diensten. Wij zijn op zoek naar een communicatief vaardige teamspeler met kennis en kunde op het gebied van alle facetten van de traumachirurgie. Een hoge mate van flexibiliteit is vereist; werken op meerdere locaties moet geen probleem zijn. Je bent bereid actief bij te dragen aan de opleiding van arts-assistenten en coassistenten. Bestuurlijke ervaring strekt tot de aanbeveling.

Ons aanbod

We bieden je toetreding tot de vakgroep met een proefperiode van 6 maanden. De arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn tijdens deze proefperiode geregeld conform de AMS-richtlijnen. Inschaling vindt plaats op basis van kennis en ervaring. Na toetreding tot ChiCoN ben je werkzaam als vrijgevestigd medisch specialist in de ziekenhuizen van Treant en het Wilhelmina Ziekenhuis Assen. De startdatum is in overleg.

Drenthe en Zuidoost Groningen wordt gekenmerkt door een combinatie van rust, ruimte en een groeiende economie en biedt dan ook een aantrekkelijke leefomgeving met een goed aanbod van betaalbare, ruime woningen en goede voorzieningen zoals scholen.
