De functie

Als verpleegkundige draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor het volledige verpleegkundige proces en lever je, in samenwerking met collega’s, dagelijks hoogwaardige zorg. Je bent kritisch op je eigen handelen, hebt oog voor je omgeving en zorgt ervoor dat patiënten zich veilig en vertrouwd voelen dankzij jouw deskundigheid en toewijding.

Over de afdeling

Je gaat aan de slag op ziekenhuislocatie Scheper in Emmen, onderdeel van Treant . Afdeling Oost 1 telt 42 bedden en biedt zorg aan patiënten van diverse snijdende specialismen, zoals:

  • Algemene chirurgie
  • Traumatologie
  • Orthopedie
  • Hoog- en laagcomplexe buikchirurgie
  • Urologie
  • Vaatchirurgie

Het is een veelzijdige afdeling met een hoog tempo en een complex karakter, perfect voor ambitieuze verpleegkundigen die van afwisseling houden. Je werkt in een hecht, professioneel team waarin open communicatie en samenwerking met verschillende disciplines centraal staan. Er is volop ruimte voor zelfontplooiing en kwaliteitsinitiatieven, en we bieden een veilig leerklimaat voor studenten en nieuwe collega’s.

Wie ben jij?

Je;

  • Hebt een diploma verpleegkundige Mbo niveau 4 of Hbo-V en bent BIG-geregistreerd
  • Beschikt over minimaal één jaar recente werkervaring als gediplomeerd verpleegkundige binnen een ziekenhuis. Dit is een harde functie-eis vanwege de complexiteit en het hoge tempo van de afdeling.
  • Bent communicatief sterk, stressbestendig en vol energie
  • Neemt initiatief, denkt in oplossingen en bent een stabiele factor in het team
  • Hebt affiniteit met verschillende specialismen en actuele ontwikkelingen in je vakgebied
  • Deelt graag kennis en draagt bij aan de groei van het team

Door de zelfstandigheid die wij van onze verpleegkundigen vragen en de complexe zorg die wij bieden, kunnen wij sollicitaties van kandidaten zonder minimaal één jaar ziekenhuiservaring helaas niet in behandeling nemen.

  • Een arbeidsovereenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd

  • Een salaris van minimaal € 3.164,- en maximaal € 4.261,- bruto fulltime per maand. (CAO ziekenhuizen FWG 45)
