🎯 DEINE MISSION

Als Customer Retention Specialist (w/m/d) spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle auf dem deutschsprachigen Markt. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Partner unsere Plattform reibungslos nutzen können und hilfst ihnen, das Beste aus ihrem Profil auf Treatwell herauszuholen. Die Unterstützung des After-Sales-Teams sowie die Betreuung unserer Partner als erste Anlaufstelle gehören zu deinen zentralen Aufgaben.

  • Du kontaktierst proaktiv Partner, die ihre Zusammenarbeit mit Treatwell beendet haben oder beenden möchten, und zeigst ihnen neue Perspektiven und Lösungen auf.
  • Mit klaren, überzeugenden Erklärungen präsentierst du das Angebot von Treatwell und machst die Vorteile für unsere Partner greifbar.
  • Du arbeitest aktiv daran, bestehende Kündigungen zu verhindern, indem du unseren Partnern zeigst, wie sie ihren Erfolg mit Treatwell maximieren können.
  • In digitalen Meetings mit potenziellen Partnern bringst du deine Kommunikationsstärke ein, um Deals abzuschließen und gemeinsam die monatlichen Ziele zu erreichen.
  • Du entwickelst innovative Retention-Strategien, um Prozesse zu optimieren und die Zusammenarbeit für alle Seiten noch produktiver zu gestalten.

🌟 DEIN PROFIL – WAS DU MITBRINGST

  • Du hast mindestens 2-jährige Erfahrung im vertriebs- und zielorientierten Umfeld sowie im Account Management (AM) und/oder Retention und verfügst über fundierte Telefonerfahrung.
  • Mit deiner empathischen und lösungsorientierten Kommunikation begeisterst du Entscheidungsträger und behältst die Bedürfnisse unserer Partner stets im Fokus - denn Kundenorientierung hat für dich oberste Priorität.
  • Der Umgang mit CRM-Systemen ist dir vertraut, und Erfahrung mit Salesforce ist ein großer Pluspunkt.
  • Du verfügst über ein kompetitives Mindset und liebst es, im Team zu arbeiten und Erfolge gemeinsam zu feiern.
  • Du bist dein eigener Energy Boost, lässt dich von einem „Nein“ nicht entmutigen und behältst deine positive Einstellung – auch in herausfordernden Situationen.
  • Du bringst fließende Deutschkenntnisse (min. C1) mit - jede weitere Sprache ist ein Bonus, denn unsere potenziellen Kunden sind vielfältig.
  • Du bist Berlin-based.
