We zoeken een projectmanager die halftijds onze projecten met lokale besturen opvolgt en coördineert en halftijds andere projecten opvolgt en ondersteunt.

Lokale besturen

Je coördineert het aanbod en de opvolging van onze lokale besturen en bent eerste aanspreekpunt. Inhoudelijk werk je sterk samen met de rest van het team zodat hun expertise en ervaring op het juiste moment ook ingezet kan worden voor de lokale besturen.

  • eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten lokaal bestuur bij vragen of ondersteuning
  • klanten ondersteunen met het werken op het Bpart participatieplatform
  • opvolgen van licenties
  • pro-actief uitreiken naar klanten
  • verder ontwikkelen ondersteuningsaanbod
  • advies naar klanten en afstemming met collega’s rond procesontwerp en inhoudelijke vragen

Andere projecten

We verwachten dat de coördinatie en opvolging/ondersteuning van lokale besturen ongeveer de helft van je tijd inneemt. De rest van de tijd word je ingeschakeld in het opvolgen en ondersteunen van projecten voor middenveld, regionale overheden, internationale projecten of interne taken en projecten.

Voorbeelden van taken zijn:

  • ondersteunen van onze externe communicatie (website, nieuwsbrieven, socials)
  • projectmanagement en inhoudelijke ondersteuning bij kleinere projecten
  • inhoudelijke en uitvoerende ondersteuning bij grote projecten (zoals testing van nieuwe applicaties, projectpagina’s klaarzetten, …)

We zoeken iemand met 2 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring die het eerste aanspreekpunt kan zijn naar klanten, zelf overzicht kan houden in vele kleine taken en processen, pro-actief opvolgen van taken en deadlines en vlot is in interne en externe communicatie

en idealiter:

  • Heb je een eerste werkervaring in project management, met lokale besturen en/of in participatieprocessen
  • Heb je inhoudelijk voeling met participatie, democratie, lokale besturen en maatschappelijke uitdagingen
  • Schakel je vlot tussen verschillende taken en projecten
  • Heb je interesse om te leren werken met nieuwe tools en platformen
  • Werk je graag samen in een klein, betrokken team.
