Pozisyon Hakkında

Trendyol Express’te Dağıtım Operasyon Yöneticisi olarak, en iyi uygulamalar ve yüksek kalite standartları doğrultusunda dağıtım operasyonlarının uçtan uca yönetilmesini sağlayacaksınız. Ekip aracılığıyla operasyonun tüm süreçlerinin kurumsal ve yasal gerekliliklere uygun şekilde ilerlemesini güvence altına alacak, planlama ve operasyonel parametreleri yakından takip ederek hedeflenen verimliliğin sağlanmasına katkıda bulunacaksınız. Aynı zamanda ekip motivasyonunu destekleyerek yetkinlik gelişimini teşvik edecek ve sürekli iyileştirme yaklaşımıyla operasyonel performansı artıracaksınız.

Sorumluluklar

  • En iyi uygulamalara ve en yüksek standartlara uymak ve bu standartların sürekli olarak elde edilmesini, gözden geçirilmesini ve geliştirilmesini sağlamak
  • Ekip aracılığıyla, bölümün tüm yönlerinin tanımlanmış kurumsal ve yasal gereksinimler dahilinde çalışmasını sağlamak
  • Operasyonel süreç dahilindeki bütün parametrelerin planlama konularının kontrolü yapmak
  • Planlanan hedeflere göre operasyonun işleyişini sağlayıp verimliliği arttırmak
  • Ekip motivasyonunu koruyup ekibin yetkinliklerini arttırmak

Beklenen Nitelikler

  • Üniversitelerin tercihen Lojistik bölümlerinden mezun
  • Nakliye ve/veya lojistik sektöründe en az 3 yıllık yönetim deneyimi
  • Operasyon, depolama, ve personel yönetimi konusunda tecrübe sahibi
  • Mavi yaka Ekip yönetimi konusunda tecrübeli ve takım çalışmasına yatkın
  • Ms office programlarını iyi derecede kullanabilen
  • Planlama ve organizasyon yeteneği güçlü
  • Yazılı ve sözlü iletişimi güçlü
  • Analitik düşünebilen
  • Askerlik ile ilişiği olmayan(erkek adaylar için)
  • Vardiyalı çalışabilecek
