Fix angestellt bei Trenkwalder, arbeiten Sie ab Mitte November für unseren Kunden, die Bundesrechenzentrum GmbH mit Sitz in 1030 Wien, als Bürokraft (m/w/d) im Bereich Dokumentenaufbereitung und Validierung in Vollzeit (38,5 h).

Ihre Aufgaben

* Aufbereitung von Papierdokumenten (Entfernung von Klammern, Heftungen etc.) für die Digitalisierung

* Kontrolle auf Unversehrtheit und Scanbarkeit der Dokumente

* Aussortierung nicht zugehöriger Formulare und Sortierung zu einzelnen Scanstapelklassen

* Barcodeaufbringung auf den ersten Seiten von Dokumenten

* Kontrolle von Deckblattdaten sowie Prüfung auf Vollständigkeit bestimmter Formulararten

* Sicherstellung der Korrektheit maschinell ausgelesener Dokumenten- und Formulardaten (z.B. Bestätigung richtig ausgelesener Daten, Korrektur nicht übereinstimmender Daten etc.)

* Überprüfen von Scanstapeln innerhalb des Verarbeitungsworkflows

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Büro, Verwaltung oder Administration (z. B. Bürokauffrau/-mann, Verwaltungsassistenz, Handelsschule oder vergleichbare Ausbildung). Bewerbungen von Berufseinsteigern (m/w/d) sind herzlich willkommen.

* Erfahrung im Bereich Scan- und Dokumentenvorbereitung von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Grundlegende PC-Anwenderkenntnisse

* Einwandfreier Leumund

* Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit

Wir bieten ein Monatsbruttogehalt ab € 2.297,86 (38.5 Std./Woche) sowie die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
