Sie verfügen bereits über Erfahrung im Kanzlei- oder Verwaltungsbereich und möchten Ihre organisatorischen Fähigkeiten in einem sinnstiftenden Arbeitsumfeld einsetzen?

Für unseren Kunden, die Familien- und Jugendgerichtshilfe in Linz, suchen wir zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt eine engagierte Kanzleikraft (m/w/d) für 30 Wochenstunden.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Bearbeitung des Posteingangs und Postausgangs sowie Verwaltung von Gerichtsakten

* Organisation und Koordination von Terminen sowie Versand von Gesprächseinladungen

* Telefonischer Erstkontakt und Sicherstellung der Erreichbarkeit der Familien- und Jugendgerichtshilfe

* Durchführung allgemeiner administrativer und organisatorischer Bürotätigkeiten

* Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung der Teamleiterinnen und der Bereichsleiterin

* Kopier-, Scan-, Erfassungs- und Archivierungsarbeiten

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HASCH, HAK, Lehre o.ä. Ausbildung)

* Erste Berufserfahrung im Kanzlei-, Verwaltungs- oder Assistenzbereich von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office - Anwendungen

* Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten, Organisationsgeschick sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Wir bieten ein Monatsbruttogehalt ab € 1.836,15 (30 Std./Woche) sowie die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
